I had the Granite Gallery pinned on Google Maps for a long time, quietly hoping to visit one day. When I finally made a trip to Bar Harbor and got to see the beauty of the space, I was moved to tears.

By pure chance, Obie and Holly—the artists behind the gallery—were there.

A spontaneous conversation with Holly led to sharing my work, and before I knew it, we were planning a mural.

When I returned to paint, I stayed in their cozy guest cabin and spent my days bringing the piece to life—a reflection of nature, gratitude, and the power of being in the right place at the right time.
